NMA Region III and The PMDPA Annual Convention

The 128th Convention of the Palmetto Medical, Dental and Pharmaceutical Association in conjunction with the NMA Region III Annual Meeting will be held on April 25-27, 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center, 670 Verdae Boulevard, Greenville, SC 29607. Theme: Exploring and Resolving Minority and Gender Health Disparities

Auxiliary to the PMDPA Luncheon

Warm greetings from the Auxiliary to the PMDPA! This year we are delighted to welcome the esteemed NMA Region III Annual Meeting attendees and NMA Auxiliary members, The purpose of the auxiliary is to support the parent organization in their commendable efforts to educate the public in matters of health and wellness. The auxiliary has a long-standing legacy of providing scholarships for students in the allied health fields. The Julia S. Long Scholarship Luncheon affords the opportunity to honor the scholarship recipients, while also offering a nutritious meal and entertainment. Theme: Recruitment, Retention and Support of Students of the Allied Health Professions from Underrepresented Communities.

The Auxiliary to the PMDPA is excited to announce that the Julia S. Long Scholarship Luncheon will be on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 12:30-2:00pm. The cost to attend the luncheon is $73 per person. Three entrée options will be offered for selection, at the time of ticket purchase. A portion of the proceeds is set aside for the scholarship fund. Registration to attend the luncheon will close on April 10, 2025 at 12:00 midnight. On-site registration will not be available. The honor of your presence is requested.

Golf Outing

Prebook a Thursday afternoon, April 24th, tee time at the scenic The Preserve at Verdae Golf Club with a hotel reservation confirmation. The golf course is a short walk across the hotel parking lot. The green fee Mon-Thu is $50; $43 for seniors 60 years old and older. The green fee Fri-Sun is $65; $60 for seniors. Prices are subject to change. Phone: 864-676-1500. If you previously read that the putting contest details were TBD, unfortunately the contest is canceled. The Preserve Golf Club has booked 2 large tournaments the weekend of April 25-27th. There still is a possibility of booking tee times for Thursday afternoon. Guests with hotel reservation confirmations may book 30 days in advance. The Verdae Golf Club prefers to have at least 2 riders per golf cart.
